Luke’s Well was created from a shared calling to do healthcare differently.

For years, Shea and I knew we wanted to build something together—something rooted in

compassion, time, and truly helping people heal. With over 16 years of combined nursing

experience across hospitals, home health, and hospice care, we’ve seen both the beauty and the

brokenness of today’s healthcare system.

As I completed my Nurse Practitioner training, it became clear that traditional healthcare often

prioritizes speed and symptom management over understanding and healing. Patients are rushed,

providers are pressured, and care becomes what we call “sick care,” not healthcare.

I didn’t become a Nurse Practitioner to simply cover up symptoms. I became one to help people

feel better, live better, and take back control of their health.

Luke’s Well is the beginning of that dream—a place where we can stand side by side and offer a

more intentional, whole-person approach to wellness.

Why Luke’s Well?

Our name is rooted in faith. Luke is known as the “physician” of the Bible, called to heal the sick

and care for others with purpose.

“Then he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.” — Luke 9:2

Luke’s Well exists to honor that calling.
